White Rose Formal 2006 - Norfolk, VA

This year's formal will take place on a private deck aboard the beautiful Spirit of Norfolk Dinner Cruise ship. Costs are $55.00 per person for dinner and the optional open bar is $24.50 per person. The total combined cost is $84.50 per person (which includes taxes).
